Septimius Severus (193-211 AD). AE 2 Assaria (24 mm, 8.28 g), Megara, Peloponnesos. Obv. AYT K Λ CЄΠ CЄBOYPOC, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind. Rev. MЄΓAPЄWN, to left, Leto standing facing, head to left, holding sceptre; at centre, Apollo standing right, holding plectrum right and kithara left; to right, Artemis standing facing, head to left, holding arrow in right and box in left. NCP, A X.
Very rare. An interesting reverse. Rough surfaces, otherwise, good very fine.
