A note from BCD: Philips and Alexanders never appealed to this writer but there is no doubt in his mind that this is a great book. Its hard working and modest author spent most of her productive years “helping out” at the ANS, but helping such numismatic giants as Margaret Thompson is a privilege most of us would crave for. This book is the product of organized and constructive reasoning coming from a gifted mind that happens to belong to a charming personality. Stay well and be happy, Heidi, wherever you may be.
