Ancient Greek & Roman Coins featuring an important collection of Roman portrait coinage. 829 lots, fully illustrated with many image enlargements. Prices realized list. 4to (25.5x23cm), card covers as issued, spine tear repaired. Very Good.
A note from BCD: The NFA catalogues are very underappreciated today. When the firm was dominating the ancient coin market, the picture was quite different. During the bidding at the Boston duplicates sale the numbers were rising almost as fast as during the Kunstfreund auction six years earlier.
