Rev. GLORIA REIPVBLICAE, Roma and Constantinopolis, enthroned facing, supporting between them a wreath inscribed VOT / XXX / MVLT / XXXX; in exergue, SMNS.

Beautiful style. Small hole for suspension, otherwise, extremely fine.
