Rev. P M TR P XVIII COS III P P, Salus seated left on throne, feeding serpent rising to left.

A very rare mule. Good very fine.

This coin is an interesting hybrid issue: it combines an obverse die of Caracalla with a reverse die of Septimius Severus dated to 210.
