 Obv. Bearded head right of the Sabine king, Tatius; SABIN downwards to left, palm frond below chin.
 Rev. Two soldiers, facing each other, each carrying off a Sabine woman in his arms, above, star in crescent.

 Well centered and almost extremely fine.
 
 The reverse refers to the myth of Tarpeia, a Vestal Virgin who betrayed the city of Rome to the Sabines.
