Marcus Aurelius (161-180 AD). AE Assarion (19 mm, 5.21 g), Aegium, Achaia. Obv. M AV ANTΩNЄINOC CEB, laureate head right. Rev. AIΓIЄΩN, Artemis standing facing, resting left arm on column, holding torch and bow; dog seated right at feet, looking back. Kroll 31.1 (this coin). RPC online temp. 8101 (two specimens cited, this one among them).
Very rare. Good very fine, cleaned. In unusually nice condition for a Peloponnesos provincial coin.
