Maximinus I Thrax (235-238 AD). AE 35 (19.60 g), Tarsos, Cilicia. Obv. ΑVT K Γ IOV OVH MAΞΙΜΕΙΝΟC / Π-Π, Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Rev. TARCOV THC MHTP AMKΓB, Tyche seated left and rock, holding branch; at her feet, river-god swimming left; all within tetrastyle temple. SNG Levante 1095 (same obverse die).
Very rare. Brown toning. About very fine/very fine.
