Caracalla (198-217 AD). AE Sestertius (31-33 mm, 27.11 g), Rome, 214-217 AD.
Obv. M AVREL ANTONINVS PIVS AVG GERM, Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust to right.
Rev. PROVIDENTIAE DEORVM / S - C, Providentia standing left, holding wand over globe in her right hand and long scepter with her left.
BMC 271; RIC 572a.

A most attractive example with a dark brownish-green patina. Very minor double strike on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.
