AR Denarius (17mm, 3.24 g, 5h). After an obverse of L. Roscius Fabatus
from 59 BC and a reverse of Cn. Lentulus from 76-75 BC. Obv. Head of Juno
Sospita to right; T behind. Rev. Globe; rudder to left, thunderbolt and small X
to right; RAVIS (S retrograde) below. Davis Class B, Group II; Freeman
11 (dies 8/C); for prototype see: Craw. 412/1 and 393/1a (for obv./rev.).
Nicely toned and very fine.
