Cilicia, Tarsos. AE26 (13.74 g), 164-27 BC. Obv. Turreted,
veiled and draped bust of the city-goddess to right. Rev. TΑΡΣΕΩΝ,
Sandan, holding hammer and flower, standing right on horned animal; all
within a pyramidal monument set on garlanded pediment and surmounted by
eagle standing right, head left, with wings spread; three monograms to
