A note from BCD: A general collection with the accent on quality. The majority of these coins are indeed astounding. The colour photography is very well done and the detail and sharpness are amongst the best I have seen. Reading through the introduction I was surprised to note that this collector started with a specialized collection of Byzantine. At some point in time he decided to sell it and kept only 15 of the best. To these he started adding select high quality coins from all periods building the small but superb collection present here.
