A note from BCD: Emile Bourgey and Michel Kampmann are joint experts
for this catalogue but if one reads carefully the title pages it is Kampmann
who catalogued everything except the first 411 un-illustrated lots. A general
collection of considerable depth with only the exceptional pieces illustrated.
