Obv. ΦΑVСΤƐΙΝΑ СƐΒΑСΤΗ, draped bust to right.
Rev. СΤΡΑ AYP ΡΟΥΦOΥ ΠΙΟΝΙΤΩΝ, statue of Artemis, wearing kalathos, holding bow in left hand and arrow in right, to left within tetrastyle temple.

Unpublished and apparently unique. The obverse a bit rough, otherwise, very fine.
The temple of Artemis is well attested on coins of Julia Domna, but it is unknown as a coin type for Faustina II.
