Obv. Jugate heads right of Cleopatra Thea, diademed and wearing stephane and veil, and her son Antiochus VIII, diademed.
Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΙΣΣΗΣ ΚΛΕΟΠΑΤΡΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟΥ, Zeus enthroned left, holding Nike and scepter; in outer left field and beneath throne, monograms.
