Obv. NERO CAESAR AVGVSTVS, Laureate head to right.
Rev. Salus, wearing long dress, seated left on throne with high back-rest, holding patera in her outstretched right hand; in exergue, SALVS.

Lovely reddish tone. Almost extremely fine/good very fine.
