Obv. D N MAXIMIANO BEATISSIMO SEN AVG, Laureate bust in imperial mantle to right, holding olive branch and mappa.
Rev. PROVIDENTIA DEORVM QVIES AVGG, Providentia standing right, extending right hand to Quies standing left, right holding branch, left leaning on sceptre; in field, S - F and Γ, (dot) SM (dot) SD (dot) in exergue.
