Wreathed head of Caesar to right; behind, lituus and culullus. Rev.
M·METTIVS, Venus standing left, holding sceptre and Victory, and resting left
elbow on shield which in turn rests on globe; in left field, I. Syd. 1056; Sear Imperators 100; Craw. 480/3.
Rare and with an excellent portrait. Reverse with an insignificant graffito struck somewhat off-centre and banker's marks on obverse, otherwise, very fine.
