Mantineia, Peloponnesos. AR Triobol (17 mm, 2.49 g), c. 330s-320s BC. Obv. Head of Athena in crestless Corinthian helmet right; behind, MAN. Rev. Head of Kallisto to right with rather tightly bound hair around her temples. BMC 16var; Jameson 1264 (this coin); SNG Cop 248 (same dies); Traité III 966.
Very rare. Nicely toned. Of beautiful style. Somewhat rough surfaces, otherwise, good very fine.
