Septimius Severus (198-211 AD) for Geta. AE Assarion (5.54 g, 23 mm), c. 198-205 AD, Mantineia, Peloponnesos. Obv. Bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Geta right. Rev. Artemis striding right, holding bow in her left hand and drawing arrow from her quiver with her right; below, hound springing right. NCP pp. 93-94, 2.
Very rare. Reddish earthen deposits over green patina. Good very fine.
