Tegea, Peloponnesos. AR Hemidrachm (14-15 mm, 2.87 g), c. 465-460 BC, by the ‘Koppa master’.
Obv. Zeus Lykaios, seated left on low throne with swan's head at the top of the backrest, holding long scepter in his right hand and with eagle flying left over his right hand.
Rev. ARKADIϘON (retrograde), Head of Kallisto right, wearing a necklace high up on her neck and with her hair bound with a taenia and tied in a bun at the back; all within incuse square.

Very rare. Nicely toned and of beautiful style. Good very fine.
