Syracuse, Sicily. AR Tetradrachm (25 mm, 16.73 g), c. 430-420 BC.
Obv. Quadriga driving right, above, Nike flying right to crown the horses.
Rev. ΣΥΡΑΚΟΣΙOΝ, Head of Arethusa right, around, four dolphins.
Boehringer 239, 672 (same dies); SNG ANS 222 (same dies).

A superb issue of Classical style. Die rust and traces of overstriking on obverse. Obverse very fine, reverse about extremely fine.
