Athens, Attica. AR Tetradrachm (29 mm, 16.74 g), New Style Coinage. Polycharm-, Nikog-, and Dionysios, magistrates. Struck 133/2 BC. Obv. Helmeted head of Athena right. Rev. A-ΘE / ΠOΛY - XAPM / NIKOΓ / ΔIONY/ΣIOY, Owl standing right, head facing, on amphora; winged kerykeion to left, E on amphora, ME below; all within wreath. Thompson 379a (same obverse die); SNG Lockett 1936 (same obverse die).
