Rev. ROMA RESVRGVES / S C, Vespasian, togate, standing left, clasping hands with Roma kneeling right; behind Roman, Minerva or Virtus standing right, wearing shield.

This Paduan looks and feels struck in hand but we can not exclude the possibility that it is an excellent early aftercast.
