ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΜΕΓΑΛΟΥ ΑΡΣΑΚΟΥ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟΥΣ, Arsakes, founder of the dynasty, wearing Persian costume and diademed tiara, seated right on omphalos, holding bow with both his outstretched hands; in field right, palm branch, in exergue, monogram TV.
