Numerianus (283-284 AD). AE silvered Antoninianus (23 mm, 3.52 g), Lugdunum (Lyon), 284. Obv. IMP C NVMERIANVS AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust to right. Rev. PACATOR ORBIS / C, Numerian standing right, holding shield, preparing to throw spear at enemy to right below. RIC 390.
Rare and in exceptional condition for this issue. Nearly fully silvered and extremely fine.
