Constantius II. (337-361 AD). AV Solidus (21 mm, 4.10 g). Thessalonica, AD 355-361. Obv. D N CONSTANTIVS MAX AVGVSTVS, pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right. Rev. GLORIA REI PVBLICAE, Roma seated facing and Constantinopolis seated half-left with right foot on prow, each holding scepter in left hand, with their left hand supporting shield inscribed VOT/XXX/MVLT/XXXX in four lines; *TESSU* in exergue.
