Galerius as Caesar (293-305 AD). AE Follis (25-27 mm, 8.37 g), c. 301-301 AD, Treveri. Obv. MAXIMIANVS NOBIL C, Laureate and cuirassed bust right, holding spear over shoulder, shield. Rev. GENIO POPVLI ROMANI, Genius standing left, modius on head, naked but for chlamys over left shoulder, right holding patera, left cornucopiae; B - * across fields, TR in exergue. RIC -; Zschucke 114d.
Very rare. About extremely fine and with much silvering.
