Siculo-Punic. "hb". AR Tetradrachm (23-25 mm, 16.92 g), western Sicily, c. 330-320 BC. Obv. Head of Tanit right, wreathed with grain leaves, wearing triple-pendant earring and necklace; thymiaterion before. Rev. Horse prancing right, being crowned by Nike flying above kerykeion; below, Punic letters hb; behind, palm tree. Jenkins, CPS III, 2c, 96 (O33/new); Jameson 910 (same obverse die).
Superb style. About extremely fine.
