Kings of Macedon. Philip II (359-336 BC). AV Stater (18 mm, 8.57 g), Pella mint. Obv. Laureate head of Apollo right. Rev. Charioteer driving galopping biga right, holding kentron in right hand, reins in left; bee below; ΦΙΛΙΠΠΟΥ in exergue. Le Rider 531 (same dies).
Traces of mounting. Good style. Very fine to extremely fine.
