Orchomenos, Peloponnesos. AE Dichalkon (3.48 g, 17 mm), c. 340s-300 BC.
Obv. Head of Kallisto right, her hair bound in a sphendone.
Rev. E-P, Hero, nude but for helmet, walking right, holding shield and transverse spear.
BMC 5 (same dies); Traité III 945, pl. CCXXVI, 21 (same dies).
Very rare. Dark green patina. Good very fine.
From the BCD collection and ex LHS 96 (2006), 1580; said to be found in Orchomenos.
