Iovinus (411-413 AD). AR Siliqua (15 mm, 1.18 g), Arelate (Arles), as Konstantinopolis. Obv. D N IOVINVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of Jovinus right. Rev. VICTORIA AVGG, Roma seated left on curule chair, holding Victory on globe and reverted spear Ex. KONT. RIC X, 1721.
Very rare. Edge chipping, otherwise, toned and about very fine.
The AVGG refers to Iovinus' brother and co-ruler Sebastianus.
