Kings of Parthia. Vologases IV (147-191 AD). BI Tetradrachm (25 mm, 13.15 g), Seleukeia on the Tigris. Dated Seleukid Era 490 (178-179 AD). Month unreadable. Obv. Diademed bust left, wearing tiara decorated with "hooks" and curved neckflap; tapering beard, earring visible; B behind. Rev. Vologases seated left on throne, Tyche standing right before him, presenting a diadem and holding sceptre; year above, month below. Sellwood 84; SNG Cop. 236.
Nicely toned. Very fine.
