Celtic Gaul. Baiocassi. Debased AE Stater (18 mm, 6.44 g), 2nd-1st century BC, 'au sanglier' type.
Obv. Celticized male head to right, surmounted by a boar.
Rev. Devolved charioteer, driving a cart drawn by a centaur to right, holding reins in his right hand and a long branch ending in a vexillum-like banner in his left; below, boar to right.

Struck on a somewhat irregular flan, otherwise, very fine.
