A note from BCD: A well planned and executed book with excellent
photographs and high quality printing. If the date of production is taken into
account then the end product deserves increased respect. Maria Alföldi has
worked on the texts with sensitivity and wisdom but the actual quality and
condition of most of the coins could be better.
