Obv. A K Π Λ OV-AΛEΡIANOC, laureate and cuirassed bust to right, wearing aegis.
Rev. IEPAΠOΛEITΩN K EΦECION NE/OKOΡΩN / OMONOIA, Serapis of Hierapolis standing to right, holding scepter and wearing kalathos, and cult-statue of Artemis Ephesia en face, flanked by stags.
