Obv. AY K-ΠOV ΛIK OYA/ΛEΡIANOC, laureate and cuirassed bust to right, wearing aegis.
Rev. IEΡAΠOΛEITΩN K ZMVPNEΩN NEΩKOΡΩN/OMONOVA (sic!), Serapis of Hierapolis standing to right, holding scepter and wearing kalathos, and Nemesis of Smyrna with kalathos and wheel standing to left, both sacrificing over altar.

Very rare and interesting. Two minor flan faults on reverse, otherwise, very fine.
