Marcus Aurelius (161-180 AD). AE31 (15.53 g), Augusta, Cilicia. Year 151 = 170/1 AD.
Obv. AVTO KAIC M AVPH ANTΩNINOC, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust to right.
Rev. ЄTOVC AΝΡ ΑΥΓOΥСΤΑΝΩΝ, Artemis advancing right, holding bow and arrow.
SNG Aulock 5535 = RPC temp. 5789 (1 specimen, same dies).

Very fine.

Extremely rare, a single specimen known to RPC. It is curious that the Aulock specimen, struck from the same dies, is almost double the weight (29.35 g).
